Every item is carefully handcrafted and prepared with great attention before it begins its journey to you.
Order Processing
Once your order has been confirmed, we carefully prepare your items and deliver them to our shipping partner.
Before your package leaves Vietnam, it must complete export procedures, including shipping documentation, customs processing, and shipping label preparation.
This preparation process typically takes up to 3 business days.
During public holidays or peak shopping seasons, processing may take a little longer due to increased order volume.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your package has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 10–12 business days
- Europe: 12–16 business days (depending on the destination country)
- All other international destinations: 18–21 business days
These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on local customs clearance and transportation conditions.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package throughout its journey.
Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, including customs inspections, transportation disruptions, severe weather, or peak shipping periods.
If your shipment is delayed, please don't worry. We will actively communicate with the shipping carrier, keep you updated on the status of your order, and work with you to find the most appropriate solution whenever possible.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Lotus Vietnam cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
