Returns

We accept returns within 21 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue promptly and offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 21 days of delivery for eligible items.

Exchange requests must be approved before items are returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom or personalized orders
Sale or clearance items
Gift cards

Handmade Products

Every Lotus Vietnam piece is individually handcrafted using ribbon embroidery techniques.

Small variations in ribbon placement, stitching, fabric texture, and color are natural characteristics of handmade craftsmanship and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Please note that colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
