How It Works

We'll discuss the design together, including materials, colors, embroidery style, size, production time, and pricing. If needed, we'll also offer suggestions based on our experience to help create the best possible result.
3. Order Confirmation
Once every detail has been confirmed, we'll begin creating your custom piece.
4. Handmade with Care
Each product is carefully handcrafted and hand embroidered, with patience and attention given to every stitch and every detail.
5. Quality Inspection & Shipping
Before shipping, every item is carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and prepared for safe delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Production Time
Most custom orders are completed within 5–15 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.
If you need your order for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule whenever possible.
Important Notes
Because every custom order is made especially for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error or the item arrives damaged.
As every piece is handcrafted, slight variations are natural and make each creation truly one of a kind.
